  1. Trying to contact & speak to customer services took me an hr & a half. Very time consuming, frustrating & without result.

  2. We have tried to contact 2ce and currently holding, so far 52 mins,and daughter who is stuck in Turks & Caicos with a force 5 hurricane (yes 160mph winds!) on its way, trying to contact BA for 4hrs. This is disgraceful

  3. Your website just took €400 out of my bank account and didn’t give me any booking confirmation or email. Instead it said to contact BA by phone to inquire about my booking, which I now can’t do because the phone lines are closed for the night. This is utterly unacceptable.
