How do I view my proof of insurance?
Please contact your agent, call 0044 844 3069132, access it from our mobile app or log in to Online Account Access. Proof of insurance may not be available online in every state.
How can my credit score benefit me?
As with most insurers, we use a credit-based insurance score to predict insurance losses. Studies show that considering credit creates a more accurate insurance rate. By predicting potential losses better, we can provide a more appropriate rate.
Our experience has been that about half of our existing members receive a rate decrease based on their credit score.
How does Nationwide determine this credit-based insurance score?
We use many factors to determine your score. Some of the more common factors are:
– Payment history, including delinquencies or late payments
– Length of credit history
– Types of credit, such as credit cards and loans
When determining your score, gender, marital status, age, ethnicity, address and income are not considered.
How can I check my internet banking activity?
To view the transactions you have completed using Internet Banking, select the link ‘Activity summary’ at the top of the page. This information will not be available to you once you have logged out.
Can I transfer funds from another bank account into my nationwide account?
Yes, you will be required to complete a one-time verification that you own the other account before transferring funds. To set up an external bank account, follow these steps:
– Log in to online banking and click “Transfers.”
– Select “External Account Transfer” link.
– Select “Add a New Account” and the type of account from the drop-down menu.
– Enter the account name, account number, and routing number and then select “Next.”
– Select “Send me two deposits” to verify the account. This process will take 1-2 days.
– Once you see the two deposits in your account, follow steps 1 and 2 and then click “Manage Accounts.”
– Under “My Other Accounts” select “Verify” next to your newly added external account.
